What is the Campaign for an English Parliament (CEP)? It is a single-issue, non party-political pressure group that aims to put the idea of a devolved English Parliament (with equal powers to Scotland's) on the political agenda. We have local branches all over the country, and this is the weblog of the Buckinghamshire branch.
Who can join? Anyone, regardless of race, colour, religious or personal beliefs, abilities, sexual orientation, political affiliation or (if that hasn’t covered everyone) any other status. You only have to believe that constitutional equality with your fellow citizens is an inalienable right.
